Quotations!!!
"The greatest mistake you can make in
life is to be continually fearing
you will make one."
- Elbert Hubbard
"Sometimes I need to be a stranger to myself, allowing my soul to show me what I need to see..."
"Don't allow your wounds to transform you into someone you are not..."
"Every blessing, when ignored, becomes a curse... "
"Don't sweep the mistake under the carpet. Pay the price and move on."
"Illiterates of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn."
“Oftentimes. when people are miserable, they will want to make other people miserable, too. But it never helps.”
"The universe only makes sense if we can share it with someone..."
"Make happy those who are near, and those who are far will come........"
“Life is such unutterable hell, solely because it is sometimes beautiful. If we could only be miserable all the time, if there could be no such things as love or beauty or faith or hope, if I could be absolutely certain that my love would never be returned, how much more simple life would be. One could plod through the Siberian salt mines of existence without being bothered about happiness. Unfortunately happiness is there. There is always the chance that another heart will come to mine. I can't help hoping and keeping faith and loving beauty. Quite frequently I am not so miserable as it would be wise to be.”
― T.H. White, Ghostly, Grim and Gruesome
"Fear of suffering is worse than suffering itself"
"The most powerful hallucinogen in this planet is called love. Highly addictive! you will see and hear things that don't exists...!"
"Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience."

Failed to start JIRA due to a build number inconsistency
The data present in your database is newer than the version of JIRA you are trying to startup.
Database version is: xxx
JIRA app version is: xxx
Please use the correct version of JIRA. You are running: 4.xxxxx
If you are getting errors like above; then it could be due to 2 different reasons.
1. a) you have not run atlas-clean after making changes in POM
b) you have not run atlas-mvn eclipse:eclipse after making changes in POM
2. you are using existing data which is generated in different version in jira.
In this case also changes made in jira.data.version does not get reflected.

Jira Development : Errors faced while debugging
"Failed to connect to remote VM. Connection refused."
Connection refused: connect
If you are getting the above error and you feel that configurations(port:5005) are correct then to get the above error; the reason could be simple.... you have started debugging the second time.

Modi -> Gujrat -> India
Probably if Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel would be first Prime Minister of India, then India would be entirely a different state today. But I feel India is unfortunate to loose that option. Today we need again a bold leader like that. But I am afraid if we can have one????

Questions to Ask on Your Next Interview
I got the following questions from yahoo website.
http://in.finance.yahoo.com/news/5-questions-ask-next-interview-153655460.html
I felt these are very important to ask and felt this article is quite a worth.
When it comes to job interview prep, much emphasis is put on having the right answers. But while you're struggling to come up with responses to queries on your biggest weakness and why you should be hired, don't forget to craft some smart questions, too.
1. What happened to the last guy? "Candidates should always ask what happened to the previous person who had the job," says etiquette expert Jodi R. R. Smith. "You are trying to tell if the job holder is promoted up into the company or if the company uses the person, burns them out and then they leave."
2. What do you like about working here? "This question will give you further insight into the company's corporate culture and will give the interviewer a chance to talk about themselves for a change--and who doesn't like to talk about themselves?" Benwell says.
[See How to Spot Bad Company Culture].
3. How do people typically work together here? "Even if the pay and job content sound good, it's important to understand the environment that you would be going into," says career coach Dorothy Tannahill-Moran. "Job seekers too often forget that this process is as much about them picking you and it is you picking them. You want to ensure the highest potential for success and eventually growth."
4. How can someone succeed at this job? "This tells you exactly what they're looking for in a candidate and allows you to reiterate your relevant strengths," Benwell says.

Want to avoid taking Coffee/Tea???
Suppose you have bad habit of drinking too much tea and you really want to get rid of it..... Start taking coffee. :) Suppose you take tea 6 times a day... now take 2 times and consume coffee for rest of the time. Sowly reduce tea to one time a day. Keep changing the coffee(brand) you consume (like Bru/Nescafe). This will help in no addiction to coffee and you will not be able to build up a new addiction taste. This would eliminate your problem of addiction to coffee/tea :)
